About Us

Valoso is the new age digital media partner with with clients from more than 20 countries, and we’re a startup. Growing very rapidly, we currently have 6 offices globally and have cultivated the market with a unique B2B service that replaces traditional advertising agencies and production companies. Our wide spectrum of services include digital news publishing, social media marketing, video coverage, live streaming, post-production (video editing) services, video marketing, and direct marketing campaigns. Due to the advancement of technology, Valoso has cultivated a foundation in the market that is changing the landscape of the current media industry.

Position Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated entrepreneurial individual who is self driven and not afraid of developing business. Experience is desired, however, the dedication towards a collective goal and the accountability that is endorsed by the ideal candidate is what’s most important to Valoso. We are looking for someone who can be a team player as well as lead the way and take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation, the prospect needs analysis, creating pitches, presentations and proposals to negotiating contracts, coordinating meetings & following up with clients to ensure timely implementation of the contract, and be responsible for the results. This position will have all required resources given to them to perform all tasks listed.

  • You need to know how to build relations and use them to acquire new clients.
  • Opening new sales opportunities through a range of prospecting work including networking at events, working in conjunction with marketing and cold calling
  • Ensuring maximum revenue generation through effective negotiation
  • Arranging and presenting at regular client meetings
  • Drafting Cost Estimates for the proposed advertising services.
  • Advising the clients on appropriate advertising plans based on their business needs and financial budget.
  • Manage Client Servicing (pre & post sales execution) for all and prospective clients.
  • Create presentations and pitches for sales to pitch to key clients.
  • Working with the editorial, marketing and branding teams to build customized packages for clients.
  • Strategizing and presenting customized content framework for maximum ROI for our clients.
  • To use provided CRM system to prioritize outbound effort
  • Develop a marketing pipeline to support incoming enquiries
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power-point & Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills – this is a deal breaker.
  • Outstanding conversation skills, commercial acumen and adept at uncovering prospects’ business challenges
  • Interest in all things digital
  • Entrepreneurial with a problem solving mentality and positive attitude
  • Motivation to work independently and closely with colleagues
  • Minimum 2-year business to business sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a consultative sales environment
  • You don’t give up easily
  • You have been told you are an overachiever
  • You bring out the best in people and you are fun to be around
  • Monthly salary: NTD$35,000 to $40,000
