About Us

Valoso is the new age digital media partner with with clients from more than 20 countries, and we’re a startup. Growing very rapidly, we currently have 6 offices globally and have cultivated the market with a unique B2B service that replaces traditional advertising agencies and production companies. Our wide spectrum of services include digital news publishing, social media marketing, video coverage, live streaming, post-production (video editing) services, video marketing, and direct marketing campaigns. Due to the advancement of technology, Valoso has cultivated a foundation in the market that is changing the landscape of the current media industry.

Position Digital Sales Coordinator

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Valoso NZ is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for digital media to fulfill a sales support position. Experience is desired, however, the dedication towards a collective goal and the accountability that is endorsed by the ideal candidate is what’s most important to Valoso. You will be given training and encouraged to develop. You will be taking on various tasks including:
-Training will be provided and you will encouraged to develop your skills and the business to a point where you will be leading your own team
-This position will have all required resources given to them to perform all tasks listed.

  • Opening new sales opportunities mainly through cold calls. Secondary will be via marketing scheduling and attending networking events
  • Arranging client meetings for outbound sales and presenting on site yourself if outbound salesperson is unavailable
  • Drafting Cost Estimates for the proposed advertising services
  • Advising the clients on appropriate advertising plans based on their business needs and financial budget
  • Manage Client Servicing (pre & post sales execution) for all and prospective clients.
  • Create presentations and pitches for sales to pitch to key clients.
  • Working with the editorial, marketing and branding teams to build customized packages for clients.

  • Strategizing and presenting customized content framework for maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Use provided CRM system to prioritize outbound effort
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power-point & Word).
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills – this is very important
  • Interest in all things digital
  • Enjoy problem solving with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as closely with colleagues
  • Entrepreneurial with a problem solving mentality and positive attitude
  • Motivation to work independently and closely with colleagues
  • Some sales experience is preferred
  • You don’t give up easily
  • Monthly salary: Dependant on agreed working hours
  • Ability to work from home or in the office
  • Get to work with a global team on a daily basis
