This fee schedule (hereinafter, referred to as the "Fee Schedule") for the website http://www.valoso.com (hereinafter, referred to as the "Website") describes the fees that Mylocal3D Printing Pty Ltd with a principal place of business at Unit 3, 5 Stanley Avenue, Hawthorn East, Victoria 3123, Australia (hereinafter, referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", "our") may charge from the user ("you", "your", "user") of the Website.
1.1 If you are a person posting a project (hereinafter, referred to as the "Client"), we will charge you a project fee (hereinafter, referred to as the "Client Introduction Fee") immediately after the person who will perform the project (hereinafter, referred to as the "Contractor") accepts the project.
1.2 The Client Introduction Fee amounts to either 3% of the value of the selected bid or USD 3.30, whichever is greater.
1.3 If the Client pays the Contractor more than the initially agreed value of the bid, the Client Introduction Fee will be applied to the amount exceeding the initially agreed value of the bid.
1.4 The Client is not obliged to pay any fee for merely posting a project on the Website.
2.1 If you are a Contractor, we will charge you a project fee (hereinafter, referred to as the "Contractor Introduction Fee") immediately after you accept a project posted by the Client.
2.2 The Contractor Introduction Fee amounts to either 10% of the value of the selected bid or USD 5.30, whichever is greater.
2.3 If the Client pays the Contractor more than the initially agreed value of the bid, the Contractor Introduction Fee will be applied to the amount exceeding the initially agreed value of the bid.
3.1 If you would like to make payment transactions through the Website, you are responsible for paying the fees charged by payment service providers for such transactions (hereinafter, referred to as the "Transaction Fees"). The Transaction Fees are as follows:

4.1 In some cases, we may provide you with credits allowing you to receive a refund of your Client Introduction Fee or Contractor Introduction Fee (hereinafter, referred to as the "Bonus Credits").
4.2 The Bonus Credits can only be used on the Website.
4.3 You are not entitled to (1) withdraw your Bonus Credits or (2) transfer your Bonus Credits to third parties.
4.4 You are not entitled to (1) withdraw your Bonus Credits or (2) transfer your Bonus Credits to third parties.
5.1 If you would like to dispute a milestone payment, you shall try to negotiate a resolution of the dispute with the other party.
5.2 If you would like to resolve your dispute concerning a milestone payment through our paid arbitration system, you will need to pay an arbitration fee of USD 5.50 or 5% of the monetary value of the disputed milestone, whichever is greater (hereinafter, referred to as the "Arbitration Fee").
5.3 The Arbitration Fee shall be paid by both the claimant and the respondent. The respondent will need to pay the Arbitration fee within 4 days from receiving a notice informing her/him about the commencement of the arbitration proceedings. If the respondent does not pay the Arbitration Fee within the aforementioned time period, the respondent will loose the case.
5.4 The Arbitration Fee shall be paid by both the claimant and the respondent. 6.1 If you would like to withdraw your earnings generated through the Website, you may need to pay additional fees to the payment service providers allowing you to withdraw your funds (hereinafter, referred to as the "Withdrawal Fees"). The Withdrawal Fees are as follows:

6.2 The minimum withdraw sum (after deduction of Transaction and/or Withdrawal Fees) is USD 30.
7.1 If you do not log into your account for six month, we will charge you a maintenance fee of up to USD 11 per month until you either terminate or reactivate your account (hereinafter, referred to as the "Maintenance Fee").
7.2 If you reactivate your account, the Maintenance Fee will be refunded to you upon your request.
8.1 Australian residents are obliged to pay GST of 10%. In addition, they may need to pay other applicable government taxes.
8.2 All prices in this Fee Schedule include GST.
9.1 The fees stated in this Fee Schedule are government by our Terms and Conditions available on http://www.valoso.com/terms-and-conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions in detail. In particular, please read Section 29 of the Terms and Conditions concerning the consequences of violation of the Terms and Conditions. The consequences include fines for damages that we may incur because of your violations of the Terms and Conditions.
